• Customers may request cancellation before the project starts

• Once work has begun, cancellation may not be possible

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is approved before project initiation

• Any applicable deductions (administrative or material costs) will be applied

• Custom construction work

• Purchased materials

• Ongoing projects

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
